• Quote request information — for custom orders, any reference photos you upload and the description you provide. We use these only to understand and price your request.
• Account information — if you create an account, your login credentials (stored securely by our authentication provider).

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information is handled directly by Stripe under their security standards. We receive only a confirmation and a reference identifier for each transaction.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Prepare and fulfill your cake order
• Calculate local delivery fees, arrange shipping, and coordinate pickup
• Send you order confirmations, receipts, and updates about your order
• Respond to quote requests and inquiries
• Maintain your account, if you create one
• Improve our products and service

Third-party services

We share information only with the service providers necessary to run our business:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Maps Platform — address verification and delivery distance calculation
• Supabase and Vercel — secure storage and hosting

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep your order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide receipts, comply with tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at info@ovenandflame.com.
